The Best. Bagels. Ever.

A few summers ago, while visiting NYC, I had the opportunity to taste the best bagel ever. I wondered, “How can I bring this masterpiece to my hometown?” Well, I’m making this bread-product-dream a mouth-watering-reality! My mission is to bake incredible, fresh bagels for the Aspen and Ojai communities. I will use only high quality, organic ingredients that are better for the planet and for our health.
