Cool Cards

Baking bagels and designing cards are two very different things… right? Maybe not. The steps involved are surprisingly similar. To start, I had no idea how to do either one back in April. Both baking and design proved to be complex jobs that I needed to break down into smaller tasks, like starting with a recipe then experimenting with timing; or, in the case of design, starting with a company name and experimenting with fonts. I have messed up and reworked both over and over and over. The only way I have learned to know if I am “done” with perfecting either baking or my business cards has been through trial and error, and eventually feeling good about both. Baking bagels and designing business cards has been so similar for me that my cards actually look like bagels! I hope you like my cards as much as my bagels :)
