The 3rd Time is the Charm
Today I made my 3rd batch of bagels and fulfilled my first orders — Success! I let the bagels rise a bit longer than last time, and this seemed to puff them out perfectly. I loved the positive feedback from my customers; it makes the long baking process worth it when they love what I’m creating. “Best bagels we’ve had since NYC!” said one customer. “Delicious!” said two others. It made me feel so happy, thank you! The next batch is in the works…
